Informed Communication- For Monique, Communication would be informed by the fact that Plyton has been working towards aligning their Northern and Southern management practices actively. As recommended by Peters (2020), by benchmarking, an informed reason for this situation would be provided by Monique in Plyton case. This is with recommendations for improvement noted, supported and eventual implementation in Plyton.
Clear– This entail Monique offering evidence-based insights with any ambiguity eliminated. This would guide how proposals are made for policies by people professionals, inclusive of standards-based resourcing and capacity development approaches. In Plyton, this would guide managerial department consistently and fairly noting their gains.
