Access to online course platform, study time allocation, and mentoring support from a data-savvy colleague.

2. Enhance inclusive and strategic communication skills

Do a mentoring programme in the workplace and visit an inclusive leadership and communication workshop.

To enhance my self-belief in persuading stakeholders and making inclusive practices the norm in any deal.

Mentor guidance, access to training material and practice of communication strategies in the team meeting.
