Importance of Addressing noted Factors
Management need to prioritise on workload and employees voice owing to its relations with engagement, retention and performance. Workload increase risk burnout cases, absent due to ill-health and compromising quality of care to residents.

Restoring employees voice would enhance trust relationships, motivated employees and sense of belonging. This is in line with CIPD (2020) noting need to support psychological wellbeing, recognition as important organisation success determinant. A sufficient mitigation of noted factors contribute to increased retention and quality services. This is instrumental in residents care situation where residents satisfaction is essential and compassionate care delivery.
