Employee LifecycleThis is defined as the different stages an employee move from the time they gain interest with an organisation to the last stage of exit.

These stages are identified in ACAS (2025) as enhancing workplace by ensuring they are adequately supported. One of the stage is retention where turnover is mitigated.

People Manager– They can enhance existence of a culture of recognition, career development and open communication. Having a performance review assist to identify how employees are progressing in Calmere House to recommend development approaches for their retention. This is while working on managing wellbeing initiatives including workload and burnout mitigation (Rosenschold & Vihma, 2022).

Recruitment Advisor– Their core function is ensuring recruitment of best fitting in Calmere House. This is to refine resourcing strategies to be well aligned with culture of the organisiation. Sourcing strategies would be refined to prioritise culture-fit and qualifications therefore reduced mismatch characterising turnover levels.

Also, recruitment advisors would recommend employees ready to be selected as it has been the practice in Kirsten Group hence maintaining culture. After their recruitment, CIPD (2025d) recommend need to initiate strong onboarding apporoaches by having a well aligned Calmere House value and ethos held by residents. Through an active collaboration to forecast demand, reliance with agencies would cease hence well suited employees resourced.

Employees Relations Case Advisor– They are mandated with managing issues which conflict in work environment, handling grievances and ensuring discipline fairly and consistently. In Calmere House,….
