1.     HR Analytics: I identified a need to strengthen my confidence and competence in using people analytics. I will enrol in a short online course in HR data analysis, such as CIPD’s “People Analytics” course. This is a structured learning which will assist me to comprehend the ways to interpret HR information, identify a trend, and leverage information to make strategic decision, which are important skills in the new people profession. I will need support from my manager to allocate study time and access to learning platforms. 31st,  October, 2025
2.     Promoting Psychological Safety: I want to become more proactive in creating open, safe spaces for others to raise concerns or admit mistakes. I will enrol informal peer-learning with team leads and discuss how to practice inclusive leadership and psychological safety. These sessions will allow me to lead by example and encourage open communication across teams.  Support from team leaders and time during monthly manager meetings. 27th, January, 2026
