Solution

The emergence of Artificial Intelligence has a major impact on people-practitioner role is changing. This contribute to success in application to my personal and continued professional growth;

Artificial Intelligence (AI):

Artificial Intelligence (AI) impact establishment of a more employee-oriented experience, wellbeing and inclusivity are also transforming the profession (García-Madurga et al, 2024). As an illustration, practitioners are anticipated to establish nimble people-practices that support Artificial Intelligence (AI), take advantage of digital environments to engage with customers, and automate to create spare time to build relationships.

Learning point to me: I need to develop skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and new HR technology, and expand my knowledge about remote-work dynamics. Similarly, I will have to expand my expertise in the area of employee experience design with Artificial Intelligence (AI), the idea of managing and developing inclusive culture through hybrid teams that operate in virtual space.

To conclude, the dynamic role will demand that I become a strategic counselor in addition to being a digitally-aware people practitioner who possesses solid data, business, and experience-oriented capabilities. Then, my development strategy will imply specific study of analytics, stakeholder impact, HR technology, and hybrid work concept.
