More Peoples Analytics Use:

There are more demands of people practitioners to employ data and analytics to make decisions (CIPD, 2021). This involves the examination of trends or patterns of employee engagement, attrition and performance to inform evidence based HR practices. This necessitates the ability of the practitioners to build competencies on data interpretation, HR systems and reporting tools. As far as my professional growth is concerned, it will be become more confident in HR analytics platforms and learning how to convert data into valuable insights that can facilitate business decisions.

More Employee Experience and Wellbeing:

The trend has been towards the abandonment of old-fashioned HR administration to the establishment of a favorable and inclusive employee experience (Wowledge, 2024). This consists of focusing on mental health, best working practices, and wellbeing approaches. The inclusion of practitioners is becoming central in the development of the inclusive policy and the creation of the culture of psychological safety (CIPD, 2025c). As an attempt to satisfy this expectation, I will continue the expansion of my knowledge in the context of wellbeing frameworks, inclusion strategies, and people-centred design thinking….
