People practises such as recruitment and selection can bring a lot of value to Technivara as it will make sure that the firm gets and employs the right talent to facilitate its growth (Wood, 2024).

Recruitment and selection

By replacing the paper-based processes with evidence-based and digital recruitment procedures, faster hiring, broader talent pool, and improved quality of the recruits would be possible. This value addition saves time-to-hiring, minimised turnover costs and a workforce with the capability to improve in areas like electronics and medical technology.

Developing the employees:

Investment in employee learning and development is another manner in which people practices can lead to value addition (CIPD, 2025).
